AlphOne Pro is a hosted subscription to AlphOne, the open source customer relationship manager built around contacts and daily task lists. We run it for you. You sign up and we give you your own private workspace. WhatsApp messaging is not ready yet in the hosted service.
AlphOne is developed in the open. You are welcome to read the source, the documentation and the building blocks it is made of before you buy anything.
A monthly subscription to a private, hosted workspace on our server. Each subscription includes one workspace, unlimited staff accounts inside it, each with an email address not used in another workspace, and the software kept updated and backed up by us. It is a software service delivered over the internet. Nothing is shipped to you.

Each contact record holds custom fields, for example a long text field for notes.

You can ask for an export of your data at any time, and we send it within 30 days. The source code is public, so you can also run AlphOne on your own server.
One plan, billed monthly, that you can cancel at any time. Prices exclude VAT, which depends on your country. Checkout shows the final price before you pay.
Type your email address and we send you a link. The link opens a secure checkout page hosted by our payment processor, where you pay by card. As soon as the payment is confirmed, you choose the name of your workspace and you receive an email invitation. Follow the link in the email to set your password and sign in. Setup normally completes within a few minutes. Your subscription runs month by month with no end date, charged on the same day each month, until you cancel it.
